What's the order process?

STEP 1: Place your order

We're delighted that you've chosen Pixie Nail Art for your press-on nail needs! Please select the nail shape and length that you prefer and place your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always here to help.

STEP 2: Size measurement

As a new customer, we'd like to ensure that you have the perfect fit. That's why we offer a free sizing kit with your first order. Please let us know your size as soon as possible after receiving the kit, and we will save your sizes in your profile for any future orders. We also understand that everyone's nails are unique, so if you have concerns about the shape of our nails not fitting your natural cuticle shape, please don't hesitate to send us photos of your natural nails. We'll shape the press-on nails as closely as possible to match them.

STEP 3: Delivery

Each set of Pixie Nail Art press-on nails is handcrafted with care, and we want to make sure that you receive the best possible product. Please allow us 20–40 days to make and ship your order after we receive your size measurements. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What's your return policy?

At Pixie Nail Art, we take pride in our handmade sets that are customised to fit our customers' sizes. As each set is uniquely crafted for individual use, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, we are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service and will promptly address any issues that you may encounter with your purchase. If you experience any of the following problems, please contact us immediately so that we can work to resolve the issue:
  • Your press-ons do not closely resemble the product image shown on our website (less than 90% similarity)
  •  You received incorrect or faulty items.
  •  You wish to cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase.
